Over the years, we have built a world-class interdisciplinary team with extensive expertise in architecture, materials technology, and innovation. Our approach has been recognised through multiple awards for innovation, reflecting our commitment to pushing boundaries while delivering real value.

Sustainability is a core part of how we work. We are a Miljøfyrtårn-certified practice, and environmental responsibility is embedded in both our internal operations and project delivery. The office holds BREEAM AP competence, enabling us to support clients—particularly in public sector projects—with structured, credible, and ambitious sustainability strategies from early concept through completion.

We use LEAN methodologiesto foster an innovative and collaborative work environment—one that encourages creativity and experimentation while maintaining clear progress, efficiency, and sound project economics. INCUBE is based in Oslo, but we work on projects both nationally and internationally. Our team includes professionals with up to 20 years of experience in architecture and materials technology, bringing depth, reliability, and insight to every project. Through openness, dialogue, and long-term partnerships, we aim to create architecture that is not only visually compelling, but also responsible, durable, and relevant for the future.
